By creating an account or using PeptidesBooking, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

4. Calculator accuracy

Calculator results depend on the information you enter. Incorrect vial amounts, concentrations, units, water volumes, doses, or other inputs will produce incorrect outputs.

Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain the calculator, we do not guarantee that every result is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for reviewing and independently confirming all results before relying on them.

5. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You must keep your password and account secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• You must inform us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
• You may not access another person's account without lawful authorization.

6. Clinics, practitioners, and appointments

PeptidesBooking may allow independent clinics and practitioners to display information and accept appointment requests. Unless expressly stated otherwise, clinics and practitioners are independent service providers and are responsible for their own professional services, qualifications, availability, treatment, pricing, cancellation rules, and legal compliance.

Booking availability is not guaranteed until confirmed. Appointment changes, cancellations, payments, refunds, and clinical services may also be subject to the relevant clinic's own terms and policies.

PeptidesBooking does not endorse or guarantee any particular clinic, practitioner, treatment, product, or outcome.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use PeptidesBooking to:

• Break applicable laws or regulations
• Harm, threaten, harass, or impersonate another person
• Upload unlawful, misleading, or malicious content
• Attempt to bypass authentication or security controls
• Probe, scan, disrupt, or overload the service
• Introduce malware or automated abusive traffic
• Copy, scrape, resell, or commercially exploit the service without permission
• Use the service to facilitate unsafe or unauthorized medical activity

8. Information you save

You retain responsibility for protocol names, schedules, notes, appointment details, and other information you submit. You confirm that you have the right to provide that information and that doing so does not violate another person's privacy or legal rights.

You should not enter another person's health-related or sensitive information unless you have lawful authority to do so.

9. Intellectual property

PeptidesBooking and its software, branding, interface, written content, and original materials are owned by or licensed to PeptidesBooking LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

10. Service availability

We may maintain, update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that stored reminders, exports, notifications, or appointments will always be delivered without delay or error.

You should retain independent copies of information that is important to you and should not use PeptidesBooking as your only reminder or record system.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PeptidesBooking LTD is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service.

This includes losses arising from incorrect user inputs, calculator outputs, missed reminders, unavailable services, unauthorized account access, or decisions made using information provided through PeptidesBooking.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

12. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, maintain security, comply with law, or address a material breach of these Terms.

Patient users may permanently delete their account through Account settings.

13. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, business, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably required, and the updated date will appear on this page.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, subject to any mandatory rights and protections that apply to you under the law of your country of residence.
